We have a number of devices for precise machining of aluminium joinery elements in our machine park. For our customers we offer services of MECAL Kosmos type CNC machine tool for 4-axis machining of aluminum and steel profiles up to 7m in length (up to 4m with single clamping) and size 100x250mm or 150x200mm and CNC plotter KIMLA BPF 2040 for cutting flat materials such as non-ferrous metals, plastics, or Alucobond type composites, as well as HPL plates with dimensions 2000x4000mm.

We have a powder coating line with a manual booth and a furnace with the possibility of coating elements up to 6m long. The paint line is equipped with a closed 6m long cabin and a spray car wash with a three-stage preparation of the paint surface. In our offer we have a full range of varnishing with RAL colours and many special structural colours, as well as the possibility of varnishing with pearl colours of renowned companies such as AXALTA, IGP or TIGER.

In our offer you will also find the possibility to rent:
  1. mini crane M 250 with a reach of over 15 m and a maximum load of 2000 kg,
  2. electric manipulator for shop window and window glazing with a load capacity of 420kg and lifting height of 3m
  3. two vaccum lifters with a lifting capacity of 320 and 600 kilograms.
All machines are equipped with double vacuum circuits which makes it very safe to use. Our many years of experience and familiarity with the construction site guarantee that the work will proceed quickly and efficiently.
